A local crew that's been at this for 15 years
We started as a two-person masonry outfit in Mohali and grew, project by project, into a full construction company — without ever handing our work off to unaccountable subcontractors.
Our story
MKN Constructions was founded in 2009, working on small residential extensions around Mohali's early sectors. As the city grew outward toward Kharar and Zirakpur, so did the scope of our projects — from single-room additions to full turnkey homes.
What hasn't changed is how we run a site: one supervisor per project from the first excavation to the final coat of paint, itemised quotes before work begins, and no subcontracting out the trades we're responsible for.
Today our crews handle residential construction, renovation, interior fit-outs, and structural repair work across the Tricity.
